Payment terms: On the day of the signing of the contract you will be required to pay the first month’s rent plus a refundable security deposit of 2 month’s rent (which we will return to you at the end of the contract)Total 3 months
Rental payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque. Payment must be in our bank account on or before the 12th of each month. Late payments subject to a non negotiable penalty charge.
In the event you wish to pay by bank transfer, the payment must be in our bank account on or before the 12th of the due month and all bank transfer fees /charges are payable by you.
Additional charges:
Electricity usage chargeable as per the meter readings at the end of each month. (7 baht per unit)
Please note there is a fixed communal monthly charge of 900 Baht for water.
In the event the customer wishes to transfer an existing phone number/s there is a onetime payment of 5,000 baht per line, payable.
In the event the customer wishes to use their own Internet Provider there is a onetime charge of 3,000 baht per line.
Additional chairs, desks and under desk storage cabinets available to rent at an extra cost per month e.g.
Chair and standard desk 500 baht, under-desk cabinet 500 baht, others POA.
24 hour reserved parking, in the underground parking area, available for 2,000 baht per month.

- Reception open Monday to Friday ,8.00 am to 6.30 pm, Saturday 8.00 am – 2.:00 pm, offering receptionist services, printing, scanning, copying, faxing, postal delivery, etc.
